We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Event Marketer to join our Marketing team on a 7-month fixed-term contract & start date will be 1st of October.
You’ll help plan, execute, and follow up on a variety of initiatives including:
Hybrid events
Virtual events
In-person events
Podcast production support
Customer newsletter coordination
You’ll collaborate closely with our Marketing and Content teams to ensure smooth delivery, high-quality experiences, and effective customer engagement. No two days will be the same: expect variety, ownership, and meaningful contribution from day one.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the full planning and execution cycle of remote, hybrid, and in-person events (webinars, roundtables, conferences..etc)
Drive attendance and engagement by promoting events through multi-channel marketing
Manage logistics, speaker coordination, attendee communication, and post-event follow-up
Assist with podcast scheduling, guest coordination, and promotion activities
Contribute to the customer newsletter: editorial planning, drafting, formatting, and distribution
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery
Track event performance and support reporting with data-driven insights

Job requirements
What makes you a fit for this role?
Minimum 2 years of experience in Event Marketing, Field Marketing, or Campaign Execution (B2B experience a plus).
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent English communicator, both written and verbal
Comfortable with common marketing tools, including: Webinar platforms (Livestorm) CRM/email tools (HubSpot) & Project management software (ClickUp)
Ability to analyze trends and produce on-demand video content, including coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely and relevant output
Basic understanding of website back-end systems to accurately publish and manage event listings
Confident working both independently and collaboratively within a team
You are a creative thinker who excels at turning ideas into action, with a strong focus toward execution over extensive strategizing
Bonus: Familiarity with podcast production or email marketing tools
